Return Conditions:

If you are not 100% satisfied with the item you received, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate the return process.

For products returned by customers due to incorrect address, undeliverable address, inability to contact the customer, etc., the product will be returned. If the customer needs a refund, we will charge for shipping costs.

Merchandise must be in unused, intact, original condition with all tags, packaging and accessories.

Return Process:

Before returning an item, please contact our customer service team with your order information and reason for return, in advance.
We will provide you with a return address and return guidelines.

After receiving our return address and instructions, please package the items to be returned in the original packaging and drop the package off at your local post office.

Please make sure to package the item(s) properly and include the order details, reason for return and your contact information in the return package.

Upon return, please provide a return receipt from the shipping company indicating the weight and tracking number of the returned item so we can expedite your refund/exchange. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Refund Processing:

Once we have received and inspected the returned merchandise, we will process the refund after confirming that the conditions of the return have been met.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with the payment method you used to pay for your original order.

Refunds may take some time to show up in your account, depending on your payment provider and region.

Shipping and Handling:

Unless there is a quality issue with the item or we sent the wrong item, you will be responsible for the return shipping + 20% handling fee.
